E-commerce general information
Products are sold by Haluansen.com, Finnish Business ID 2779700-5 (Smexport). We sell products to legal age customers in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices, cancel a subscription due to a Stock availability, a clear price error or another force majeure.
How to order
Products are usually ordered online via www.haluansen.com via a shopping cart. The products ordered are selected on the web site by adding them to the shopping cart. The order will be sent by paying Shopping Cart contents in the checkout. All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must notify your e-mail address when ordering.
Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation and Return as well as these Terms of Service in connection with each order.
We will send you an order confirmation via email to see:
- reference number
- our bank account number (if necessary)
- the total amount of the invoice
Through our user account on our site, you can check the order content and track its various steps.
Products and their shipment are paid upon order. Online payment can be made by the following payment methods offered by payment services:
Payments are made through these payment service providers. Detailed information about your payment methods can be found on the Payment Methods and Terms link. The transaction is created between the e-Commerce client and the online store. E-Commerce is responsible for all trade-related obligations.

We ship our products every working day after payment. Depending on the bank connection, it may take up to 1-3 business days, after that shipping takes about 1 to 8 business days depending delivery address. Products that are not in stock can be reported to the customer when they arrive at the Warehouse if the customer has specified their "Notify me when available" alert.The final delivery will be made according to the price and delivery times chosen by the customer.
Delivery method and delivery
Orders are shipped on weekdays, orders before 12.00 will be usually processed on the same day. However, due to the complexity of the logistic system (multiple stocks), some orders may be delayed for 24/48 hours. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination country. Delivery time is usually 1-8 working days. If the products are out of stocks, delivery takes usually 3-6 weeks, we reserve the right to cancel the order if the product is not available in the stock, clear price error or other force majeure.
Shipping costs include shipping and packaging costs. You can see the shipping cost after you have provided the delivery address and delivery method or after the shipping address has been added to your account so the cheapest delivery is already on the product page. Shipment can be tracked with the shipping code. We use many European carriers and monitor these shipments by submitting the information to the customer account.
